Rainbow Health provides a range of supportive services for people who are low-income and HIV+ such as transportation, housing, case-management and emergency-needs services. We identify ways to adapt these offerings to help older adults in the LGBTQ and HIV+ communities. We also carry forward the focus of Training to Serve, which educated those serving older adults on how to best serve the LGBTQ and HIV+ communities.
